With more than 33 years in the HVACR industry, Don Gillis began his career in the field, earning his HVAC journeyman license under the International Mechanical Code (IMC). Those early years built the technical foundation that still drives his work today — a deep respect for the trade, the people in it, and the responsibility that comes with doing the job right.

From the field, Don advanced into service management and technical training roles, where teaching and mentoring became a natural progression. His approach has always been practical and field-focused — training that technicians can apply immediately on the job.
